Terms of Service

By accessing or using Voclab AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.

To use Voclab AI, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Voclab AI is an AI-powered voice practice platform that allows users to simulate communication scenarios such as job interviews, cold calls, and salary negotiations. The Service:

• Uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and feedback
• Records and processes voice data during practice sessions
• Is intended for educational and practice purposes only
• Does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice

Voclab AI operates on a strictly pay-as-you-go credit system:

• There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees
• Credits are purchased in advance and consumed based on usage
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law
• Credits do not expire but may be forfeited upon account termination for violations
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 7 days' notice

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors. We do not store your payment card information.

Voclab AI is operated as a Sole Proprietorship. It is not a registered corporation, limited liability company (LLC), or other incorporated entity. The Service is provided on an individual basis with limited resources.

To provide our services, we utilize the following third-party providers:

• Retell AI & LLM Providers: Voice processing and AI response generation
• Supabase: Secure data storage and user authentication
• Lemon Squeezy / Stripe: Payment processing

Each provider operates under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices beyond our contractual relationships with them.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent the credit system or payment mechanisms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Attempt to "jailbreak" or manipulate AI responses for harmful purposes
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Voclab AI, its operator, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits will not be refunded.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to, at any time and without liability:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service
• Add or remove features, scenarios, or capabilities
• Change pricing structure with reasonable notice
• Update these Terms (continued use constitutes acceptance)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Voclab AI regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
