  • Credit balance and transaction history
  • Features and scenarios used
  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • IP address (for security purposes)

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by third-party processors (Lemon Squeezy/Stripe). We do not store your credit card or payment details. We only receive confirmation of successful transactions.

AI & Voice Processing

Retell AI & LLM Providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) process voice recordings to generate responses and analyze performance.

Data Storage

Supabase securely stores account data, session history, and authentication information.

Payments

Lemon Squeezy / Stripe processes all financial transactions. We never see or store your payment card details.

Authentication

Google OAuth handles secure sign-in. We receive only basic profile information.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

3Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward
  • Voice Recordings: Stored to provide playback and analysis features; deleted upon account deletion request
  • Transaction Records: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations
